Gnats Around My Nun Orchid

How do I get rid of gnats around my orchid?

Botanical Journeys Plant Guides

Get one of those disks that are sold to keep mosquitoes out of rain barrels. Soak it in water overnight.

The next day, remove the dunk and set it aside to dry. Use the BT (Bacillus thuringiensis) tea to water the orchid.

You can reuse the same disk many times.

Or, if you have liquid BT, dilute it in water according to the instructions on the bottle and water your orchid with this.

Don't overwater the plant. Just water it as you normally would.

The gnats should disappear within a week.
