This is an abbreviated list of the foods you should eat and the foods you should avoid while doing the
Wild Rose Cleanse.
This diet is meant to alkalize the blood. The typical western diet is overly acidifying. It is commonly believed among practitioners of natural medicine that this is the root cause of many illnesses. I have heard so many anecdotal stories of people recovering from serious illnesses by going to a raw food diet or cutting out all processed foods that I am personally convinced that there is something to this.
