Wild Rose Cleanse Food List

Wild Rose detox recipes to use while doing the Wild Rose cleanse. Wild Rose herbal detox condensed food list and cookbook. Which foods you most need to eat and which you must avoid to be successful.

2012 Update:

Tiny recently switched to a more alkaline diet and eliminated most processed foods.

His persistent, severly high blood pressure has normalized as a result and he is losing weight.

This is an abbreviated list of the foods you should eat and the foods you should avoid while doing the Wild Rose Cleanse.

This diet is meant to alkalize the blood. The typical western diet is overly acidifying. It is commonly believed among practitioners of natural medicine that this is the root cause of many illnesses.

I have heard so many anecdotal stories of people recovering from serious illnesses by going to a raw food diet or cutting out all processed foods that I am personally convinced that there is something to this.

Foods to Completely Avoid

  • Bananas, Pineapple, Mangoes and other tropical fruits.
  • Grapes or raisins,
  • Shellfish.
  • Sugar, honey or maple syrup
  • Dairy products
  • Pasta
  • Flour or baked goods made with it.
  • Fruit juice
  • Jams or jellies
  • Nuts (except almonds)
  • Processed breakfast cereals
